Reservation I have booked through Sawadee for eight of last trips to Thailand and have been very happy. However for the first time Sawadee goofed up. They did not send me a airport pick up at Phuket airport despite having paid for it in advance. Grace, who handled my booking has refunded my payment for the pick up , December 4, 2011

"Nice resort with very friendly staff. However the hotel area and rooms are infested with mosquitoes.Despite getting the rooms sprayed , it did not help. The toilet, especially the shower area was a big disappointment. The shower did not have a shower curtain which was big or wide enough to prevent the toilet floor from getting fully wet."
