"My friend fall down at the carpark area which was dark and slope a little. The reception was not very helpful and concierge say in Thai asking for Tips. She had an accident in the hotel. Hotel should be responsible to take care of her. She herself had to do first aid. And she d to ask to see the doc because her both knees got swellen."
